Get started with 9Login#

9Login is an anti-detect browser for running many browser profiles on one computer. Each profile has its own fingerprint, proxy, cookies and login data. This page takes you from nothing to your first open profile, with a few sentences per step and links to the detailed pages.

Steps#

  1. Account. 9Login uses your 9Hits account. If you do not have one, sign up on the dashboard.

  2. Install and sign in. Download the 9Hits App from the Download 9Login page, extract it, run nhlogin, then sign in with My account. Details are in Install 9Login.

  3. Create a profile. Click New on the toolbar (if the table is still empty, click New Profile in the middle of the screen). In the Basics section, set the profile's Title. For the other fields, see Profile settings.

  4. Enter a proxy. In the Network section, set Type to your proxy type (HTTP, SOCKS5...), then paste the proxy into the Proxy box in the form host:port:user:password. See also the network section.

  5. Click Check IP. 9Login tests the proxy and shows the IP Info box with the proxy's IP, country and city. The Time zone, Languages, Geolocation and WebRTC IPs boxes are already checked: click Apply selected so the profile's time zone, languages and location match the IP. If it says IP check failed, the proxy does not work yet, see Proxy not working.

  6. Save. Click Save. The fingerprint is generated when you save; leave the defaults the first time. The new profile appears in the table with the status Ready.

  7. Run. Click the Start button in the ACT column of that row, or select the row and click Start on the toolbar. The status changes to Starting... and then Running, and the profile's browser window opens. For the other statuses, and the reasons a profile may not open, see Running profiles.

  8. Stop. Click the Stop button in the same place, or Stop on the toolbar. The status goes back to Ready.
