Extra slots#
Each campaign takes up one slot, even while it is paused; once you run out of slots, you can't create more campaigns. This page explains where slots come from, how to buy and renew them, and what happens when slots expire.
See your slots at https://dash.9hits.com/campaigns/slots (menu Extra Slots): Total slots is the
total number of slots, Used is the number of campaigns occupying them.
Where slots come from#
- From your plan (
Plan slots), based on your active plan. If Premium or VIP expires and you don't renew it, this number drops to the Regular level. - From achievements (
Achievement slots), which never expire. The number shown at each achievement tier is the total, not added on top of the previous tier. - Purchased slots: each purchase is a separate batch with its own expiry date (column
Expires on). The expiry label turns a warning color when a batch has less than 5 days left, and changes toExpiredonce it has expired.
Buy more slots#
Click Buy more slots, enter Number of slots (10 - 1,000, in steps of 10) and Months (1 - 6),
check the Cost, then click Buy. The cost comes out of your Funds balance (Your funds), not your
points; add funds at Add Funds.
Renew slots#
Each purchased batch can be extended on its own. In the batch's row, pick the number of months in
the Extend (months) column (1 - 6), click Extend, and confirm the cost: the number of slots in
the batch x the monthly slot price x the number of months, paid from your Funds balance. The months
are added to the batch's current expiry date; a batch that has already expired is renewed starting
from today. Clean expired removes expired batches you no longer want from the list.
When slots expire#
When a batch expires, its slots are removed from Total slots right away. If you have more campaigns
than slots, the oldest campaigns are kept and the rest are locked: they get no traffic but keep their
settings and stats, and they start running again automatically when a slot frees up.
