Transfer points and funds

Two actions move balance to another account: transfer sends points, and fund adds funds for another member. Both accept POST only and deduct from your own balance.

fee is the fee, and net is the number of points the recipient actually gets. The fee comes out of the amount you send: your account is debited amount, and the recipient gets amount minus fee. The rate can differ between accounts; see Transfer points to another account.

Only accounts that have been granted reseller permission can call this action. Regular accounts get status: "error".

The customer's Funds balance is credited with the full amount. commission is the reseller commission you keep, so your account is charged amount - commission.
